Plans to build a Disneyland style theme park are apparently awaiting approval from Chinese government officials according to Marketwatch. While I don't doubt that Disney has its eye on Shanghai for some sort of expansion. I don't see another 'Magic Kingdom' style park like was built in Hong Kong.
